Before you order
Are the site visit and design free?
Yes. The site visit inside Dammam and Khobar, the initial design and the quote are all free with no obligation. Outside that range we arrange the visit based on location and tell you about any cost in advance.
How do I request a quote?
Send the site measurements or a photo on WhatsApp to 0500034689, or fill in the quote form on the contact page. You will receive an itemized quote within 24 hours during business hours.
Do I need exact measurements first?
No. Rough measurements or a photo are enough for an initial price. We take exact measurements during the site visit before fabrication.
Do you work with companies and schools?
Yes. We install car park shades for schools, mosques, companies and compounds, work with contractors and facility teams, and provide formal quotes and invoices.
Pricing and payment
How is the price calculated?
By area, type of frame and fabric or material, installation height and how hard the site is to access. That is why there is no fixed price per meter before we know the details of your project.
Does the price include installation?
Yes. The quote covers fabrication, delivery, installation and site clean-up, and any extra item is stated clearly inside the quote.
How does payment work?
A deposit when the design is approved so fabrication can start, and the balance after installation and handover. The split is stated in the quote before you pay anything.
Is there a better rate for large projects?
Yes, larger and multi-unit projects are priced differently. Send us the scope and we will come back with a suitable offer.
Build and timeline
How long does a project take?
It depends on size. Most shades and screens are done within days of design approval, while majlis, BBQ units and brick and tile work take longer. We give you a clear date in the quote.
Is the work fabricated on site?
Most of it is made in our Dammam workshop and arrives ready to install. That cuts the time, dust and disruption on your site.
Do I need a municipality permit?
Most shades and screens inside your own property do not need a permit, though some sites and compounds require approval from management or the municipality. We flag this during the site visit.
Do you work in summer and Ramadan?
Yes. We work all year, scheduling summer installations in the cooler hours, and during Ramadan at times that suit you.
Materials and warranty
What fabrics are available?
PVDF and PVC fabrics and perforated mesh shades in several colors. We recommend what suits the use and the site and explain the difference in lifespan and price.
Plastic mesh or shinko screens, which is better?
Plastic mesh is lighter, faster to install and lets air through, which suits temporary privacy, boundaries and farms. Shinko is corrugated metal, stronger and longer lasting with a full visual block, better for yards and permanent sites.
How long is the warranty?
We provide a written warranty on frame and fabric. The exact period is set out in the contract according to the type of project and the materials used.
Do you offer maintenance afterwards?
Yes. We provide maintenance, repair and fabric replacement for shades, tents and screens, whether we built them or someone else did.
Will the colors fade in the Eastern Province sun?
The fabrics we use are UV-resistant with strong color stability, and frames are galvanized with an oven-baked finish. The difference against cheap materials shows after the first summer.
