Privacy policy

iktents.com is an informational website. It does not ask you to register an account and it does not store visitor data in a database. When you use the quote form, the details you type are assembled into a WhatsApp message that opens on your own device for you to review and send. Nothing is saved on the website.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we keep what you send us, such as your name, number, project details and site photos, in order to prepare a quote, carry out the work and stay in touch with you about it.

We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange the site visit and installation, and handle warranty and maintenance after handover.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with marketing companies. We may share it only with our installation crew or a materials supplier when that is needed to deliver your project.

The site sets no tracking cookies. Some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google Map. Those services may collect technical data such as your IP address and browser type under their own privacy policies.

WhatsApp links on the site open the WhatsApp app, and your use of it is governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy.

We keep customer correspondence and project files for as long as we need them to manage warranty and maintenance and to meet accounting and legal requirements in Saudi Arabia, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and ask us to stop contacting you for marketing, by calling 0500034689 or emailing tentsco1@gmail.com.

We may use photos of completed projects in our gallery and on our social media. If you would rather we did not publish photos of your project, tell us before we start or at any time afterwards and we will remove them.

We may update this policy when our practices or the services used on the site change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
