Terms and conditions

These terms cover the use of iktents.com and the services provided by TentsCo in Dammam and the Eastern Province. Any signed contract or quote between us takes precedence where it differs from what is written here.

A quote is based on the measurements and information you gave us or that we took during the site visit. Any change to measurements, materials or location after the quote is approved may change the price and the timeline, and we will tell you before continuing.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it, after which it is subject to a review of material prices.

Prices shown on the website or on social media are indicative and are not a binding offer.

A deposit is paid when the design is approved so that fabrication can begin, and the balance is paid after installation and handover, as set out in the quote.

Supplied materials remain our property until payment is made in full.

Access to the installation site at the agreed time, power and water where needed, and the area cleared of cars and furniture before the crew arrives.

Approval from compound management or the relevant authority where it is required, and confirmation that you own or may act for the site.

Telling us about hidden services such as electrical or plumbing runs where we will drill or fix.

We provide a written warranty on frame and fabric as set out in the contract, according to the type of project and the materials used.

The warranty does not cover misuse, modification or repair by others, or damage from accidents, exceptional weather or foreign material building up on the structure.

Routine maintenance such as cleaning the fabric and tightening fixings is the customer's responsibility unless a maintenance contract is agreed.

An order may be cancelled before fabrication starts, less any design costs or materials already purchased. After fabrication starts, the completed portion of the work is charged.

Installation dates may move for reasons outside our control, such as weather or delayed material supply. We will tell you the new date as soon as we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Eastern Province have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
